Refund policy

At Aadesh Fashion, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you receive an incorrect or eligible product and need an exchange or return, we are here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns for eligible products according to our return conditions.

If you receive your order and decide that you do not want to keep the product, you may request a return, subject to the applicable return conditions.

The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and unworn, with all original tags, packaging and accessories intact.

Products that have been used, washed, damaged, altered or returned without their original tags may not be eligible for return or exchange.

2. Refunds

Aadesh Fashion does not provide cash refunds to the original payment method.

If you return an eligible product and request a refund, the refund amount will be provided as an Aadesh Fashion Store Voucher.

The store voucher will be issued after the returned product has been collected by our delivery/return partner and received/processed by Aadesh Fashion.

The voucher can be used for a future purchase on the Aadesh Fashion website.

Example

If your eligible returned order is worth ₹1,199, you will receive an Aadesh Fashion Store Voucher worth ₹1,199 after the return has been successfully received and processed.

3. Exchanges

We provide an exchange option for eligible products.

If the mistake is from Aadesh Fashion

For example:

You ordered M size
You received L size

or you ordered one product/variant and received a different product/variant due to an error on our side.

In such cases, Aadesh Fashion will bear the applicable shipping charges for the exchange.

If the mistake is from the customer

For example:

You ordered M size
We delivered the correct M size
The customer finds the size unsuitable and wants to change it to another size

In such cases, the shipping charges for the exchange will be paid by the customer.

Exchange availability is subject to product availability and applicable exchange conditions.

4. Product Condition

For a return or exchange to be accepted, the product should generally be:

Unused and unworn
Unwashed
Free from stains, damage or alterations
Returned with original tags attached
Returned with original packaging and included accessories, where applicable

Aadesh Fashion reserves the right to reject a return or exchange if the product does not meet the applicable return conditions.

5. Return Collection

Once your return request is approved, our delivery/return partner will arrange collection of the product from the provided address.

The refund/store voucher process will begin after the returned product has been collected and received/processed by Aadesh Fashion.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and relevant photographs/videos.

If the issue is confirmed to be due to an error on our side, Aadesh Fashion will assist with the appropriate exchange or resolution, and applicable exchange shipping charges will be borne by us.
